What is the minimum age?
Mvuu Lodge welcomes guests aged 16 and above. Guided walking safaris are for guests aged 18 and above.
Which rooms have private pools?
Lagoon Chalets 6 and 7 have plunge pools. The Retreat Suite, Tent 8, also has its own private plunge pool.
Are premium drinks available?
Local drinks are included. An optional premium drinks package is available for $55 per person per night, including imported wines, imported beers and premium spirits. Premium and imported drinks purchased outside the package are charged separately.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Fast Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout guest accommodation and the main guest areas.
How long should we stay?
Three nights offer time to experience Liwonde by river, road and on foot. Four nights allow a slower pace and greater flexibility.
Can Mvuu Lodge be included in a wider journey?
CAWS can combine Mvuu Lodge with other CAWS properties, selected partner stays, road transfers and private charter flights.
