Your confirmed arrangements
Prices, inclusions, exclusions and the services included are set out in the written confirmation for each booking. A 20% deposit is required, with the balance due 30 days before travel unless the written confirmation states otherwise.
Changes and cancellation
The cancellation and amendment conditions applicable to a booking are supplied in writing before the booking is confirmed. No cancellation percentage should be assumed unless it appears in those confirmed arrangements.
Travel responsibilities
Guests are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements and appropriate comprehensive travel insurance. Operational arrangements can be affected by weather, roads, wildlife and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
